Enjoy Old-timers.
First pub I walked into in Exeter was Brook Green (chris was owner then - top man).
Went to RIVA last time there - no crowd, fit women though.

QPR for you was it? I'd heard Millwall...

Only ever go in for beer, mate - dread to think what Jackson 5 might be

Guy is so desperate
WALTER MITTY of the highest order.

So much bullsh*t comes out his mouth he belives half of it, f*ck knows what Josey sees in him?

Hes also a bully, not to us when we go in there, all very polite and friendly, wise move, but I have seen him act the ***** with people who dont deserve that sort of treatment, also a con man, must watch what I say but believe me you woudlnt want to trust him with your bank card and pin number.

LOved the story when he paid an idiot £100 to do an old boy that was a hard man in his day that drinks in the Duke, said old boy come out on top then went down there and planted "Big Bob":) Bob then denied any knowledge of it, total w*nker.

Have drunk in all these establishments and would avoid most. Most attract too much white stuff for my liking.

Best Pub in Exeter?

Plenty to choose from...
Big fan of the ales in the Well House Tavern (and the best sandwich in the world).
Best pub food is in the Fat Pig I think, even if it is small in there.
The Vic on union road does cracking good value grub with decent beer.
Firehouse also does a great job with food and massive choice of beverages

opinions?
