I saw All About Eve at the Uni' a fair few years ago and they were *****.....may as well have stuck Matha's Harbour on a loop...shocking gig...I do like the CD's though.......

Joey , Please don't diss the Eve. Us goths are in mourning. They have just split again. Made a comeback in 2000 (?) refused to play Martha harbour (best move they ever made) and were a lot crunchier with their guitars.

The last electric tour in April was superb. Saw them in Tavistock.

Left us only a couple of live albums and a single from the reunion but it was worth it.

What does a goth wear to a funeral ?

Only difference between funerals and some of the gigs I go to is the music at a funeral is usually more cheerful.

GJW, always thought of Specimen as a joke (and not hugely funny). Got a soft spot for Nik and Mrs Fiend. Always thought Yaxi and johnny Ha-Ha were great names for band members.

Always prefered the Nephilim (as my avatar shows) but there is still some good music being made, though not neccesarily goth
