That 1964 aerial photo of the ground on the front of the Arsenal programme is fantastic.
It's a great photo and also an optical illusion to confuse these old eyes. I was wondering why the Cowshed had no roof and why there's a neat line of people (policemen?) standing on the pitch ...

TV games coming through now:

Saturday 26th
Kings Lynn v Stevenage BBC One
FGR v Alvechurch BBC One

Sunday 27th
Ebbsfleet v Fleetwood ITV
Newport v The Gulls or Derby ITV

On the basis they normally move a game to a Friday and another to a Monday this should leave possibly another two to be chosen.

One is presumably being kept open in case their beloved 💖Salford💖 overcome our own weekend opponents.
While, for the other one, the FA are probably still negotiating a Hollywood deal for the Wrexham tie.

Could be an interesting dilemma though if Woking get through!

No this will be it

England v USA at 7 World Cup Friday and ITV have a World Cup at 7 on Monday

The Rules are
2 for BBC
2 for ITV and allowed to show 3rd or 4th if required

In Round One they only showed 3

Derby again!!!! Will be typical if Woking beat Oxford, as surely we would be the tie of the round!

Can't see much chance of us being selected. ITV would have to put plans in place for two different venues, and if Woking v Oxford goes to a replay there could be bugger all time to arrange things anyway. Our best bet is to win our match, pocket the £67k and hope for a great draw and TV coverage in Round 3 ! UTC. :)
