Incidentally, with not much happening in the Prem, there was more coverage of City on 5Live than I've heard in years. Ian Dennis seemed more interested in L2 than Man City's procession v Watford.

Two strolls in the park. Dodgy 5 mins at the start but our relentless pressure told in the end. Same again Tuesday please

It's actually strange how many games there have been recently that are a comfortable watch as a City fan. We go ahead and we just don't look like losing our grip on games more often than not. Obviously it'll be exactly the same next season in League One.
It's less stressful to watch them than to listen to the radio commentary.

Great stuff. Thought we could have won more easily though.
Let's hope that the shenanigans at Oldham still mean Barrow are safe for Tuesday. No point (pun intended) going for a draw, so let's go all out and see it out by half time!

Just imagine the noise if we get a couple of goals early and look like we are going to win comfortably.

Cam rightly getting the praise for some good saves but I think it was Pierce who made a very important clearance off the line in the first couple of minutes.

Bang on. So many good performances today, half a dozen different players could have won MotM. Shame Zanzala’s unavailable on Tuesday, but when you’ve got Amond, Phillips and Nombe waiting it won’t upset the team. Hopefully Stubbs is back, but Grounds and Diabate were more than good enough.

The strength in depth of this squad is unbelievable, and is probably one of the best squads we’ve had since the Championship season. Speaking of which, who’d have though at the start of the season with three games to go we can still match that Championship winning points total?

Thoughts of the opposition manager.
