Everyone has seen how to play our team. Start from scratch, last season with the additional budget, so we need to go for it.

Kind of agree here. A complete squad rebuild i think is required. Start afresh. A push for promotion may take another season or 2 from now but we'll do it properly. Not through the playoffs!
