So far we are the only game in the football league to be called off due to the weather.
Maybe we have had a lot more rain.

Just a thought like

Maybe the postponement is a good thing.

Opponents out of form, horrid pitch, the big front man out.

Heroic rearguard fight at Rodney Parade.

Potential banana skin ?
That means he is going to miss another game down the line, Walsall at home now instead of todays game against Grimsby.

Didn't the wolfster get us some covers from Taunton?

Not been the same since he left.
I think we borrowed the blotter

I don’t know. That is why I used the word “maybe”

Fields and roads flooded, my lake as full as it has been for years.

Suggests exceptional precipitation isn’t it ?

The Beeb weather forecast last night showed the rainfall in Wales and the South West to be far worse than anywhere else in the country. It is what it is.

I'm not so sure Euro 2020s will go ahead.Lockdowns and other restrictions are still persisting right across Europe.June isn't a bad target for us with the way the vaccine schedule is going here.Cant say the same for Euroland though. In light of all that, the need to cram the league fixtures into a fixed timeframe is becoming less of a necessity. Those in charge need to have a rethink about how inflexible the whole situation is.

The tournament will still go ahead in some format but I fail to see why that means leagues 1 and 2 can't play for a couple of weeks longer

Hear hear. Why Leagues One and Two have to conclude the season in time for the Euros is ridiculous.

Move the close season to whenever this one ends, it may take a couple of years to get back to normal but so what ?
