Good first 65 mins, was really impressed with our commitment and we approached the game in the right manner.

But and it's a huge BUT, we conceded to Doncasters first meaningful attack on the second half, which was a typical soft goal at the back post. Then, after that we just crumbled at the back. Reid had a good chance before going off and typically as soon as Simpson is on we put two decent balls in the box which Reid would have done much better with.

Taking Wheeler off is just bonkers but I'm not surprised.

Nothing will happen as a result so at least take the consolation we're away the next two games.
Thanks for the report. Oddly enough I'm looking forward to Carlisle and Orient!

I miss my days out at SJP, though I was there for last week's defeat. Next game in January.

Surely there must be some sort of meaningful communique finally coming from the boardroom. This really cannot go on.
There will be a meeting to look into the possibility of having a meeting to discuss forming a sub committee to arrange a meeting to discuss forming a committee to look into the motion passed at the last AGM. And then they'll do nothing and hope it all goes away.

Do you think they'll find his contract first or we'll win at home.

Overall, City played well.
Wheeler did very little of note all afternoon.
Taking him off was a sensible option to change our attacking options at a time when we needed to change things and go for it.
We were undone by a really good substitution by Darren Ferguson who introduced a player who scored one, set the second one up and was involved with the 3rd.

Tisdale "We were a goal up and had the ascendancy... they capitalised on two good crosses."

Yes Tis, but they didn't have Robbie Simpson up front did they.

And our manager bought on Robbie Simpson. He couldn't set up a direct debit.
