Couldn't really give a toss about England anymore. Hodgson is a footballing dinosaur and that we're having to pick Danny Rose and Fabian Delph speaks volumes.
Excuses by Hodgson if we drop points v Swiss;

He's already complained that we are playing the Swiss too early after world cup

Sturridge injured

We deserved to win

Great and unexpected results for the Republic and Northern Ireland last night, let's hope it inspires our guys tonight

shock of the night last night has to be Portugal losing at home to Albania, maybe England can get a shock win against the Swiss

Hanging up the boots.
Decent game and good result. Sterling played a big part in both goals, love that guy.

What's this idiot on about?

Pleasantly surprised. 4-3-3 allowed more fluidity upfront and we seem to play like more of a team when Sturridge is absent.

To be fair England were decent enough tonight, plenty of pace on the break and with Sturridge to come back we will always be a threat going forward, we will continue to be unconvincing at the back though when we come up against decent sides however I thought Stones did well at right back.

Maybe that's because Welbeck is a lot better than most think. Play him in the right place and give him the right service he will score goals.
