Glad that this is will hopefully be taken seriously now it’s in the mainstream.
It is probably cheaper & less environmental damaging to burn coal from this country rather than import wood to burn.

Indeed...Luckily don’t have the bitter Winters I recall from my first couple of decades of work.

I remember during one particular prolonged cold spell, must have been around the mid 1980’s the operating pressure in the gas main in urban areas was down by about a quarter. That would cause a problem these days for modern boilers, which work on a set working pressure.

They're amazing.

I get to show Mags that turning the LED light off doesn't compensate for turning on the TV, Soundbar and Sky Q whilst she looks at Facebook before deciding if she actually wants to watch anything. 🤦‍♂️ :mad:
