I believe Concept Incorporated, with their scary eye logo, went belly up shortly after getting their name on City's shirts for tarting up the dressing rooms.

Think it was 'Hibberd' but the Taj Hibberd was clearly a large mausoleum built by an electrical firm. Your go, Jason H.
