Is that it? A small group of teenage idiots wandering around Stonehouse? The TCE used to scare me years ago, they were older and bigger than me. There was 100's of them too. Now there is a small band of teenagers looking spotty, wearing (no doubt) fake clothes wandering about a sink estate.
