Change of Name

I was going to get a personal number plate for my Tiger, but considering those cost upwards of £200 it's cheaper to change my name to Q858JTT instead...

The DVLA do auctions which can be a bit cheaper. My old man picked up one, although it was mainly just to mask the age of his car and doesn't relate to anything about him.

My wife changed her name to mine back in the seventies, because she was to embarassed to live with me under a different name, then some years later when we got married, they would read the bands Clinnick to marry Clinnick.

I've just had a chat to the lady that lives a few doors up from me, that if she want to sell her old banger, I'll buy it off her, with the number plate EFC. that will do me, anyone know what it cost to transferre a number.
