I just wonder why so many City fans have an obsession with those currently at the club or previously having played for us etc being our next manager.

We should be picking the best man, I very much doubt that man is one of the above.

Maybe the "obsession" is based on sharp perception of how things happen at ECFC.

I was about to mention him, I like Waddock and would take him over Tisdale every day of the week.

I reckon he would do a great job here with the backing Tisdale has had.

Don't particularly like Waddock but once again he is doing a very good job at Aldershot on minimal resources when can only be applauded. Doubt he'd want to join us anyway but would be an interesting choice and possibly worth a shot at!
