It's hardly a massive rant. Just another example of sensationalist journalism / click bait.

Ridiculous ‘journalism’, twisting his words. ‘Guess we’re going into hiding’ is clearly a joke.

Having said that, fbh’s post is spot on: no good can come of posting on SM in a world where seemingly all media reporting is now based on combing SM for material they can sensationalise. I feel sorry for Demi and all the other young players who can’t be themselves online, but such is the twisted world we live in.

Not sure this thread will end well 😂. This is a very touchy sub

Given the news the other day, somewhat naive/dumb to go posting on social media about it in the first place.

some of these footballers could do with a good schooling from Alastair Campbell 😅

Demetri's twitter feed is great entertainment.
He's got a good positive outlook and sense of humour.

Check out the clip he posted of his dad dancing to James Brown.

The tweet about his dog is also in good humour but has a serious point regarding a possible threat to the the dog he's had since a puppy.
As Fareham Grecian says above - it's the Daily Star that have distorted it completely and turned it into clickbait.
