Pretty p** poor attendance today, 700 hundred or so down on last years derby game.
Is it time to bin the latest priority ticketing system?

Just change it back to pay on the gate, same as any other match. With the amount of police there every year i hardly think anything will happen within the ground!

I would say that if they didn't have the priority ticketing system, then the cost for the plods would increase dramatically.

No one knows the real reason for the loss of attendance, but we lose a few families from going because they don't like to take their kids. Also the price in the flybe is extortionate so that would put some off.

Anyone who wants a ticket for this match can get one, the ones who can't be bothered to get one cos they can't be bothered to be put on the known database, probably wouldn't go anyway.

Of all the fixtures, had I have been in the area, I would have gone with my lad.

The seat prices need to come down by about £4-5 and we need a better phrase than "known to the club".

They need to bring down the ticket prices. Maybe a wider selection of pies in the ground might help.

Over charging the diminishing group of fans prepared to jump through the required number of hoops in order attend this match seems contrary to the clubs supposed core values in my view.

Just a sign of the times and nothing to do with ticketing anyone who wanted to be there could have been.

One suspects that this is fairly near the top of the new CEO's in-tray?

Only 500 less came to the Rovers game in August, this must be unprecedented!

As I said elsewhere, it puts off the casuals who follow the club but only come to a few games a season. In days gone by today would have been top of their list of games to watch but they are put off by the need to register. It's all so Big Brother is watching you and very unnecersery.
