Most EU rules and regs (inc.the WTD) were carried over and will remain the same until we decide to change them. Trade deals had to be renegotiated because we left the EU (obviously). NI is subject to dispute with the EU and will no doubt get sorted eventually. A deal was done on fishing and will be subject to regular (annual?) renegotiations with the EU as per countries like Norway.
I have no idea what the single farm payment is, but I seem to remember a wish by the Government to link farm subsidies with sustainability. Sounds like a superior plan to the CAP whose raison detre seemed to revolve around keeping small French farmers in the highly lucrative manner to which they’d become accustomed to.
