Need to seriously consider postponing the Supporters Trust AGM, as if not a matchday, then those of us who live 100's of miles away certainly won't be travelling down for just the AGM.
Won't happen. Probably can't happen.

Does anyone have any knowledge on how the date for a game that has to be re-arranged is arrived at? I always imagine that the two clubs just correspond and agree a new date between themselves, but is it really that simple, or do the EFL stick their noses in and apply extra stipulations?
not sure re current rules, but around Covid time the EFL were insisting on games being re-arranged for the first available date after 3 weeks when both sides were free. This sadly included long distance trips being rearranged for a midweek in mid winter and then being called off again due to bad weather (Barrow anyone?).
I think EFL have some input , because they want to avoid late season fixture pile ups.

One downside of this postponement is that Peterborough would have had to travel for a cup replay in the midweek before travelling for this game v ECFC.

This break could well turn out to be a real godsend for both GC and the Club
We said that a few weeks ago!

If Peterborough lose to Salford next week we could play this game on Saturday 2 December!

Just delaying the inevitable 2-0 home defeat. Goals scored by Joel Randall & Archie Collins.

Already 3 other December home games. Might some fans be tight on cash with Christmas coming ?

How much time is reasonable notice for a game though?

In RaWZ we trust....Amen.

Probably the reason why Peterborough used the 3 call ups rule to have the game P-P.
They have a big enough quality squad to mitigate the loss of 3 call ups.

Finland's next game is against Wales on Thursday 21st March. The final qualification game being the following week on Tuesday 26th March. So potentially two games we'll lose Sinisalo and Niskanen.

Yikes! On the optimistic side
a) we only play one game (Saturday 23rd March) in that time so the Finns might be back from the Tuesday 26 game in time for the Good Friday game 29 March or
b) Ampadu does the business to help knock out Finland on Thursday 21st in Cardiff and Sinisalo is back with us the following day - so only Niskanen misses the Saturday game or
c) Luke Harris gets called up for Wales as well, so our game on Saturday 23rd March gets called off.
