None of these would be on the manifesto as I'd be taking the the hard line. Flights to Rwanda ? Bloody right there would be and there wouldn't be empty seats either. Let's assume for a minute that he did say them. Does that mean he's relaxed about people breaking the law without recourse? If so, it sets a dangerous precedent.
