Really don't agree with this take. We haven't had any shots on goal because of lack of creativity/good defending but the level of competitiveness has been good.

Honestly. Just didn’t see it that way. Thought Sparkes and Key looked like our best hope. Jay busy as ever.
Apart from the goal they didn’t threaten. We certainly didn’t look overrun in midfield.
Feel for law - but he’s not a winger.

Is be interested to see Jay swap with Law.

My biggest disappointment this season, despite saying he would, is Matt not giving players like Kite and Dean a chance in midfield. With us being without three of our regular starters in our midfield four, there has been virtually no sign of them. Kite got on for about 3 minutes last Saturday and hasn't even been on the bench since. Surely just the energy he or Dean would bring would be worth giving one of them a chance. Neither have ever let us down.

A wonderful illustration of the pointlessness of stats. If you look at the stats on the Ifollow app, it looks like we're absolutely battering them. Except for maybe one telling stat: total crosses 12, successful crosses 0!
