I hope all those that voted for the WA read the fine print because this sounds like IDS didn't bother to when we had this "Oven Ready Deal" ?

If correct you can't blame the EU because two sides have to agree.
According to this tweet from a Torygraph journo, not only has IDS not read the WA thoroughly before voting for it, but having now had it brought to his attention, doesn't seem to really understand it. If he does understand it, then it seems he is misleading the public in an anti-EU message, again.

That’s generally what people say when they’re seeking to justify why a racist remark or action against a British (usually white) person is acceptable. The distinction you make is valid but it doesn’t mean the remarks made by Indo are any less racist.
So you're saying that what I'm saying has no basis in fact, but is merely a justification we use. Has it occurred to you that I might actually be factually correct? Words mean what I want them to mean in Tavyworld.

I am old enough to remember something called racialism which is what you are referring to (racial prejudice). The term racism was coined specifically to take into account the power imbalance in inter racial conflict

With all the lies - disinformation - misinformation - unlawful campaigning - foreign interference - incompetence - cronyism - nepotism - spaffing etc etc

As JOB said in that clip - "How do you stay loyal to the cause ?"

17.4 million + gawd knows how many Remainers like you DB respecting 'democracy' sic - there really is no hope left. 😞
You can make many of the same arguments about the remain campaign

"Lies" / "Disinformation" - Economic Armageddon? Emergency budget?
"Foreign interference" - Obama & "back of the line"
"Incompetence" - All opposition parties across the 4 nations, and the official Government, were pro-Remain. Yet they still lost.
etc etc

The fact IDS is a numpty doesn't invalidate what 17.4m + voted for. They weren't voting on the WA in June 2016.

No they weren't, you're quite right. They were voting to say how cross they were and how dissatisfied they were with the UK political class.

And because this must be "respected", the country is contractually obliged, it seems, to inflict an enormous injury on itself. We are a global laughing stock...

Country has had 2 opportunities since to vote in a way that shows it made a massive collective mistake, and hasn't on either occasion.

You don't like it, I don't like it, but leaving the EU is what people voted for directly once and indirectly twice in the space of 3 1/2 yrs.

The point being made was about Remainers like DB enabling the Johnson cabal since the Referendum. DB & co have been sold the same pup as the Brexiters - deeply dispiriting :(

I'm not sure what pup was for sale? Country was asked to choose it's breed going forward and chose it.

Many remainers marched in protest at the choice but the politicians couldn't set aside their ego's/ minor differences to create a viable alternative to enacting the choice
Yet another failure on the Remain side

Sounds like blaming the pitch/referee for losing to the same opposition 3 times

Never underestimate the ability of James O’Brien’s shouting at the moon sessions on the radio to whip the Remoaner class up into a frenzy. Is it still only the plummeting Libdems promising to take us back into the EU?
