I'd be annoyed if I was his agent.
As ridiculous as it sounds, the hair would be the making of a good 'brand' for him, which a modern day top flight footballer has to worry about. Much easier to identify the guy with dreadlocks on the pitch. I'm sure his football ability will be more than enough to make him a 'brand' of his own though.
