Guessed it would be. Not a lot gets past this crowd! Did a quick search under thread titles but should have checked the Former Players thread.

His comments about going from a youth player to a first team are interesting, and probably explains why so many don't make it.

Was also good to read that they don't chase quantity like some and look for the quality which they can concentrate more on.
