You were saying? :)

Great way to end 2016, if we can sort things at home then who knows what could happen? Unbeaten in 6 now, long may that continue, and huge credit to Tis and the lads for their efforts in achieving that.

Oh, and Rog - enjoy your winnings. Happy new year all. UTC [G]

Great result and I'm sure we can play better as well.
Bit disapppinted that we took our foot off the gas and let them score the softest of goals.
Watkins took his goals well, but McAlinden was my MoM - worked his socks off.

I must come over to watch City a bit more....!

I would guess Ronnie Jepson against Wrexham.
Out by two months. Mickey Ross got three against Fulham in November 1993 (two years before Ollie was born...) in a fairly ridiculous-looking 6-4 scoreline.

Aside: I have just been back through ten years of league fixtures starting in May 2003 to find that stat. I didn't start following City until September of that year. I appear to have missed out on a decade of ceaseless misery.

I was there at that match, Ross was such a huge waste of money apart from that, but nearly a quarter of a decade, pretty wow.

and yes you did miss out on a lot of misery, including nearly going to the wall on a few occasions, which oddly some here want to herald as a golden age.

89-90 was great though.

In RaWZ we trust....Amen.
Great hatrick from Watkins. The 3rd one was cool.A instinctive finish after beating the keeper to the ball after Simpson played him in on a breakaway..

MOM was Mcalinden.A great shift & set up the first two for Watkins..
