You're surely not suggesting that management is "on the make" with regard to transfer fees are you Mr 20000? (facepalm)
Aren't players who don't ask for a transfer entitled to a larger percentage of the transfer fee when they're sold on? Also, is it not part of the TB duties to monitor all the clubs financial dealings?

If you're a betting person lump some money on Tis being the next England U21 manager.

From the Mail on Sunday...

"Exeter City manager Paul Tisdale, highly-rated at the FA, is also likely to be interviewed, as he was in 2013"

Good call, i'm sure he fits the bill and the lack of real pressure would appeal to him.... Shame we can't get a manager whose calling in life is running a fully fledged adult professional team.... strange that....

Trouble is, even if he was appointed U21 manager, the players would get to be at least 30 before they got a sniff at a game!!

iscalad: I'm not surprised and what's more I genuinely believe he'll be appointed.

The ECFC Academy is renowned . Cit's U.21s have performed with distinction against Premiership and Championship opposition . The Academy is now credited with The Wales u.18. Player of the Year. PT is the longest serving manager in the League which augurs well for stability. PT is very much 'a political animal and has openly declared that 'Football is rotten to the Core' so in that sense could be just what the FA ordered after what can only be described as the 2016 Annus Horribilis .

Good luck to PT.I hope he he's appointed. He'll be content with 500K p.a.. ECFC will receive full compensation and attract first class candidates anxious to follow in his footsteps.
