You're right. I too remember the good old days when you could click on matchday thread and actually see it.

For me, it seems to be the Matchday Thread triggering the problem.

Could it be suffering from the shock of a rare away win, and being flooded by a tidal wave of joy and euphoria.

Forget Steve - I think its ********, Jayne, Pate and the rest of the Glee Club that you need, in order to restore the site to its usual state of fully functional gloomy morbidity.

Yep - think you're right. I temporarily 'sin binned' the MTD and moved it, page by page, back into a new thread. The last page left behind sin binned still won't open - so something on there it doesn't like. And when you do try to open it the server and db load increases... more so when several try to do it at the same time... until the server starts flagging.
