Jevani Brown Signs for Bristol Rovers

Jevani Brown was released by Exeter City at the end of the season, and hadn’t played for the Grecians since January after the 28 year old was charged with assault.

He has now signed for Bristol Rovers on a two year deal with the option of extending to a third year. Rovers boss Joey Barton said of the signing

“Jevani is an exciting talent. He can operate across the midfield and forward areas and will bring another dimension to our team. I am looking forward to welcoming him into our group and seeing him in action for the club.”

The signing is not without controversy, his next court case is in early July so little can be said at the moment, but the #HerGameToo movement have made their feelings known with a statement on Twitter
