Spot on.
. Loses his best players and stuck with a very average, over paid and ageing squad in some respects.

Definitely true about ageing squad. Distin, Cambell and Hreidarsson look utterly disinterested. Kanu has been crap for the past 5 years and the decent foreigners like Krancjar and Utaka look like they're desperate for a move.

Grim for Pompey but Adams was never going to be the man to sort it out. He looks totally lost and inspires no confidence.

His biggest mistake so far has been not signing Danny Seabourne in the transfer window for £1,000,000.

Must be waiting until they are in the Championship.

Ex-e-errr...
I predicted he would go right after the Liverpool game......
Whoever takes over HAS to get rid of Distin.... a good man's Titus Bramble.

So they wait until after the transfer window is closed and after he is 5 minutes from beating Liverpool to sack him.

If Distin hadn't made that horrendous mistake (again) then Pompey would have won.

It is a stupid decision and the Pompey players have to take responsibility for the crap form as much, if not more, than Adams. Not like they have been tactically inept; just a mixture of god awful misses and even worse defensive errors.

Feel very sorry for Adams who really wasn;t given anywhere near a fair crack at it and despite what many say I think he could have made it work.

I think i really hope Portsmouth get relegated now. And if Curbishley takes the job then he is a prat. Avram wouldn't go near it surely.
