The Manager is a Club Board appointment, nothing to do with The Trust. The Club Board run the club. They will appoint who they feel fits the unique criteria of being Manager of Exeter City. I may be wrong though but I believe The Trust can only influence Club Board decisions in certain circumstances. The one and only time I think this has happened was calling time on you know who…..
If this is a reply to my note, you miss its context completely and dont appear to have read it fully.

I wasnt saying the Trust Board would make the appointment. I know full well that the Club Board will make the appointment.

I was musing over how the full Trust membership would react, if such an appointment were to be made, conscious of the Trust membership's action in relation to the infamous rolling contract.

If Tagg wants the average attendance to dramatically fall then Tisdale is the man for the job

I seriously hope Tisdale is not appointed. He was completely toxic at the end of his tenure and he has failed at all his management jobs since.

When Tisdale was appointed there were certainly Trustees on the interviewing panel.

And there must be at least one this time, presumably Nick Hawker, who is also Chair of the Club Board (I think).

Tisdale would be as popular as Lizz Truss

Sure that is correct, the Trust will be well represented.
