Maybe the trust could take a vote of no confidence in Tagg as interim chairman and get rid of him aswell

This is the obvious choice, though not a long-term answer and I hope unpaid.

Actually, I'm more interested in who the Trust are going to select to replace Mr Conway as its second nominated Board Member. No clues as to who that might be as yet, but they need to get on with it.
