Who was the last outfield player before Jake to play every minute of every League game?
Not sure, but what I do know is that J Taylor has played most minutes for a few seasons now

1819 - Jake Taylor 4140
1718 - Jake Taylor 3898 (2nd Sweeney 3600)
1617 - Jake Taylor 3756 (2nd Watkins 3732)
1516 - Olejnik 4050 (2nd Brown 3470) - Taylor played 796 minutes after joining in Jan.

I think a big problem is that only 5 (excluding Stockley) players in the entire squad have played over 50% of the available minutes this season. I’m intrigued to how this stands up against other league 2 teams.
It is very interesting and useful analysis on here. I am less worried about the number of players playing less than 50% of minutes. That’s because MT does know who his first choice players are. But last season was largely split into two halves. Up until mid season Stockley Martin A and Tillson played virtually every game. From mid season on Collins and O’Shea played virtually every game replacing the latter two and , but for injuries Bowman would have done so too. That means that there was a settled side, but with a change in first choice mid season.

I would release Lee Martin, Holmes and Forte, we have to move onto younger players.
You are having a giraffe, aren't you? Why? Once he got himself settled, which admittedly took a while, he is one of our most potent threats from midfield especially when playing wide.
