I gather we Are allowed to crack on and replace the stand.
Is there any news about when? I can't find anything.

Despite the Secretary of State sending a letter to Exeter City Council on 13 May, no substantive start can be made until 6 weeks have passed after that in order to allow for the (feint) possibility of a judicial review. There are still about three and a half weeks to go.As far as I am aware nothing has yet been said. The redevelopment group according to Taggy were meeting a fortnight ago to make plans. Would imagine stuff is going on behind the scenes but for whatever reason they are not yet ready to announce anything.
Let's hope news will be forthcoming in the near future.
Pete, do you know what the "other issues" are that Dave Treharne talked about that are also holding up the project?Despite the Secretary of State sending a letter to Exeter City Council on 13 May, no substantive start can be made until 6 weeks have passed after that in order to allow for the (feint) possibility of a judicial review. Thanks for clearing that up, Pete.Despite the Secretary of State sending a letter to Exeter City Council on 13 May, no substantive start can be made until 6 weeks have passed after that in order to allow for the (feint) possibility of a judicial review. Was aware of the possibility of this , but surely plans are being made to start straight afterwards? Would be crazy to wait for the remaining time and then start thinking about what to do next. If the Secretary of State hadn't been involved we would have had the planning approval by Easter and the six week wait presumeably still would have applied , but the original stated plan was to aim to start at end of the season.Despite the Secretary of State sending a letter to Exeter City Council on 13 May, no substantive start can be made until 6 weeks have passed after that in order to allow for the (feint) possibility of a judicial review. No idea to be honest.Pete, do you know what the "other issues" are that Dave Treharne talked about that are also holding up the project?
Yep. That's exactly what it is. This could drag on for ages yet. Thanks a bunch.http://www.exeterstjamesforum.org/
They've launched a Pre Action Protocol to a Judicial Review. More time wasting
