Very much so....you can see the value in this competion by winning a few games not only financially but also the game time that the squad is getting from it.

Can someone clarify please. Following the game on the the Sky Sports App, it said in the 53rd minute "penalty conceded by Will Dean (Exeter City) after a foul in the penalty area". There is no further comment about the outcome of the penalty - was it missed or saved. Was the penalty overturned or wasn't it given at all?

Matt Jay needs to be involved in the first team much more often. He must be one of our most prolific goalscorers/clinical finishers and we're talking about how we aren't taking our chances after nearly every game.

I can understand why he can't get in the starting eleven but am surprised we haven't see more of him off the bench both at the end of last season and the start of this. His energy and technical ability would surely have come in useful when we were struggling in the last half and hour on Saturday.
