“MK Dons, genius”

Danny mate you’re a class accidental troll:LOL:
You have clearly not worked out yet that Lower league football clubs need More than just the football side of things to survive.
I would love city to have the same facilities and money making opportunities as Stadium MK but we have lacked a forward thinking vision for years and probably left it too late for an ideal location for a new stadium that is within the city border.

What next if the club don’t find another Ethan or Ollie over the next 5 or 10 years?

In a discussion that encompasses an argument about whether a modern, up to date and out of town stadium may trump SJP as regards the potential for earning the club more money, the word “soulless” is doing a lot of heavy lifting here. 🤷🏼‍♂️

You're right! What we should is look for a location 70+ miles away with a more captive audience

The initial build of Stadium MK (the first 22,000 seats) cost £30,000,000. Increasing the capacity to 32,000 required associated enabling development (the supermarket, restaurants, hotel, retail units etc) of £56,000,000. The Club don't see any of the profits from those third parties.

Do you understand the minor issue with your 'vision'?

The Exeter Chiefs are doing ok.

So much about City over the years has been negative on and off the pitch, We had a 10 year plan, what happened to that ?
The Chiefs had a vision to build there brand and done just that now but are still looking at making it even more successful, what are city doing except for the academy.

Yet they attract twice as many fans to games so making more money, Something wrong with City attracting more fans which must be down to the attitude of we are a small club in league two, Which is not really attractive.

The initial build of Sandy Park cost £15m. Most of that money came from selling the County Ground which they *owned*.

Where are we getting our £15m from?
