They are talking about the squad being thin.Like its been said earlier in this thread,this could be the push Tis needs to change things around.He has to do something different now with the players he must use.

We will actually only fall one place. Daggers will go ahead of us as will Bury, but Gills go beneath us on goal difference at mo.

The squad isnt that thin. Its just not balanced. Would leave certain players to be given a "rest" rather than the usual scapegoats.
