If Phillips gets released from any more clubs he will be lucky to find employment at Conference level.

He came to us from Weymouth (at the time in the league below us) to better himself. I know we transferred him, didn't the turks get a fee for him too? maybe splitting hairs but not the same as just being released.
For what it's worth I really liked SuperLee but we are much improved since he left us.
