The other potential problem that hasn't been mentioned for a while is whether the Football League might pull the plug. If there is a chance of not paying football creditors.

Shirley they were served with reasonable notice of the hearing or does the law let you be put in a position where you can be obliged to put a case at short notice ?
Applications for injunctions and the like can be made 'without notice'.

As for Argyle. Pah, I hope they are wiped from the face of the Earth and the 'fans' toddle off down the road to watch Truro.

We have hit rock bottom and are now on the way back up.

3 points at your place will secure safety. How sweet will that be???

Sweet? More like Fantasy Island i'm afraid! Should you even survive that long (which incidently I hope you do*) relegation will have happened weeks before.

* as we will lose our biggest pay day and biggest laugh of the season

Your players might not have been paid, but how hungry are they?

Get a point at Hillsborough, and then 3 more in your dogfight with Swindon, and we'll take you, and your prediction, a little more seriously.

Thanks for the link. I have not been assiduously following the fine detail of the legal proceedings but thought HMRC were seeking a winding up order. Does that not require reasonable notice ?

You have only just started falling...a few more years of fighting off relegation to the blue square to come i'm afraid.

Rather see Walsall win and put more distance between Argyle and safety
