You'd expect Fulham to make 11 changes from the side that played yesterday. Would be amazing if we could do something but I can't see it.

3-0 Fulham with 1,344 Grecians in attendance.

I think there's a confusion of Steps and Levels here.

We play at Level 4 in the Football period but I think we aren't part of the Step system.
Step 1 seems to start at the National Conference level.

"The National League System is the league structure for senior men’s football that sits directly below the Football League, League Two. It stretches from the Football Conference Premier Division at Step 1 through to County Leagues at Step 7."
