Well, it seems, that we haven't heard owt, as yet, then Deano must be mulling things over, very carefully. If he does stay, then please get an extension on his contract, sorted so he won't go on a free, in a years time!

I wonder what Tis would think, would he rather keep Deano and say stuff the cash, or do you think he was banking on the 300k+ to build for L1.

Maybe Deano clocked Tisdale's loyalty and thought again.

Personaly think he should go for his own sake but sometimes blood is thicker than water.

I'll be amazed if he stays at City, sure hes a City lad etc but the chance to probably at least treble his salary, play in front of 25,000/30,000 every week in the Championship must be a big pull even if its in the sh*thole that is Derby.

City need to offer him a new improved contract now! If hes having any doubts he might just sign it!!!

Whatever he decides I think he will go with the best wishes of all City fans, and I think one day he will be wearing a City shirt again. Good luck Deano!

As I've said before, you can take Deano out of City but you can't take City out of Deano. Maybe this is dawning on Deano with the prospect of going elsewhere.

It'll either be another offer or the fact that he may end up not playing first team football at Derby that willl be the sticking factors. Probably the former.

City should be looking to offer him a 3 year deal imho or even longer, he's worth it. The problem is the £350,000 or whatever the figure is will probably come in handy with ground development imminient
