The average age of some of the fans surrounding Taggy appears to be about 14! Look at the kid on the left. The idiot in that other picture who's taunting Rhead doesnt look a day over 13! Whats it coming to.
Imagine these youngsters enjoying themselves supporting their local football club. What is it coming to?! Let’s make it an over 21s event shall we? As for the incident with the kit man, like max says it’s probably another blown up nothing story. That’s what I’m hoping as well.

Too true.
As pitch invasions go it was of the most benign efforts I’ve ever witnessed. A handful of Rozzers easily controlling a good natured group of fans. Typically for the usual suspects on here, hyperbole is their friend.

The club has been proactive to show positive steps. Reality is no team in any division isn’t going to be stop fans invading the pitch, espically as they’ve just got to Wembley

Seen far worse, we should just move on

Jesus Louise! What is Exeweb nowadays? It reads like a forum for RE teachers!

Not condoning the actions of the few IF the article and Lincoln's moans are true but please can some people just wait until we see some kind of evidence? The only reason this is news is because it is so out of character for our club to attract attention like this!

Pitch invasions happen at every play off game, every year, where the home side wins. It's a classic British tradition. Bloody hell we hardly ever win anything let alone win on TV in the playoffs. Why some of our fans act like we're a class above a pitch invasion or that anyone that invades the pitch needs a ban for life need to only remember it wasn't that long ago it was given every year there used to be a pitch invasion on the last home game of the season. I used to personally enjoy it as it was damn more exciting than the football!!!

Only on Exeweb could you have people getting precious about a pitch invasion at the last home game of the season after just securing a place at Wembley.

Hilarious.

Quite right, but I think you mean “a forum for ex-woodwork teachers”.

Perhaps the Lincoln manager should review the video of his own historionics from the post match interviews after the 1st leg he has been in the Officials ears. Saying is players need more protection how Rhead is a misunderstood angel. Then yesterday he and his staff were like terriers at the 4th Official from the 1st whistle it was like a tag team match as soon as one finished the next stepped up. His players also seemed to be coached tononthe same to the Referee & linesmen constantly moaning & gesticulating at them. Then there was the assault by Bostwick at the drop ball followed by the deliberate elbow in extra time. All of this sets the atmosphere so perhaps he should reflect on how his behaviour is setting a bad example of how a manager, his technical staff & players should behave.

I don’t think Cowley was magnanimous in defeat at all. All he did was begrudgingly say we were the better team and then moan about the performance of the referee and the decisions that seemed to go against them. He seemed to miss the clear penalty when their defender clearly moved his hand towards the ball in the area from Harley’s shot when the scores were 0-0, or the push on Stockley in the area that would no doubt have been given as a foul outside the box, or indeed the very poor tackle on Jake Taylor that could have resulted in a straight red, or Rhead’s elbow on TAH towards the end.

Personally, thought the ref had a reasonable game, but you can always find decisions you’re not happy with.

Simple Question

The Away End is the furthest section from the Big Bank

So exactly why was that the most popular spot for everyone to celebrate ??
