0-0 HT. not a lot to shout about really. Hartridge looks very good in the centre of defence. Holmes looks good and Jay is buzzing around as normal. Stockley doesn’t seem to be bothered and Tillson is still carp.

Martin likes a good. Oates has done ok and Collins needs time elsewhere as he doesn’t look the grade at the moment

Disappointing first half. Little width and to be honest they look like the league side. Sorry Matt Jay not good enough - hoping some changes perk us up when they tire. Brunt has won most aerial challenges v Martin who is a giant but not very mobile. Can only improve - I predict 0-8

I kind don’t mind that we were a bit **** in the first half as MT will need to get used to having to gee the players up at one time or another.

As long as we get through the game without injuries then I will be pleased.
