it's disappair'd
I thought the whole thing looked tired and kind of desperate at the same time. Enjoyed Life on Mars for the first series anyway and this looked like flogging a dead horse. But then I prefer the 70's to the 80's myself. ;)
What he said

'We are all Prostitutes'...That took me back a bit.I had forgot all about that picture of Maggie!! on the poster...The Pop Group,i had the album..awful..
Olds - as it happens, I love that record - & have followed the careers of the various Pop Group members with too much enthusiasm ever since :) Took Mrs Jambo to see Mark Stewart & Mafia at Glasgow Barrowlands in the early 90s ... & she still married me :)

Obscure music quiz style question - what links Ashto Ashes with Bertie Cozic?

Half of the Pop Group went on to form PigBag....

Its one of the few TV shows along with Life on Mars that I actually make an effort to watch

I actually downloaded Lay Down by the Strawbs after an episode of Life on Mars - quality soundtrack

That was about two years ago and I don't think I'll tire of listening to it, anything else by them worth getting?
