ha,pot/kettle? lets not get started on that one! if you had any knowledge on the subject you would realise that plymouths economy alone trounces exeters,and always has done, not comparable, far bigger population,bigger area etc, hence why unitary authority status has been contested/refused. besides dcc constantly supporting your purse strings, you just dont generate enough income to support your own infrastructure.(whatever there is of it) fact
