I honestly cannot believe the CVA has been accepted.

Argyle have ripped their creditors off for 99.27% of all the money they were given. Why would people accept that?

Disgusting frankly.

Uh, duh !

0.77% + 99.27% = 100.04%

And I thought Jay was supposed to be the one with the low IQ ?

It's been accepted because over 75% of the debt is owed to people who will be getting a lot more than 0.77 in the pound.

To you and me yes it is. However plenty of people seem to have been predicting that it wouldn't pass which was never on the cards. I'm just here to help.

Without properly thinking it through (so there will be glaring problems) it seems to me that in this sort of scenario any secured or preferential creditors who will be recovering in full whatever happens should be excluded from the vote.

Inscapes, the company who laid Argyle's brand new pitch last summer, will be handed £2,695 of the £350,000 worth of payments still outstanding.
