Or could also have the actual time on the board somewhere as well? Then we can keep checking for the added time! Also it'll tell me how many minutes I have left to catch the train!
To be fair I believe In simple.. Its a scoreboard with limited estate

I thought Fullsy mentioned it in his pre match announcement..
He did mention it several times and there was a pitchside presentation at half time not sure they could have done much more TBH

Might be something to do with the quality of the PA on the Bank. I may have heard it if there was no noise, or if I wasn't chatting to my mate, but there was and I was.

There was a perfectly good Devon flag for yonks until Plymouth based BBC Devon somehow decided it didn't exist and held a competition to design one in 2006.
The real one still gets flown in Stadium way.
