That's on a normal calculation without home and away taken into separate consideration.
City have 2.05 points per home game, 1.47 away.
Cheltenham have 2.1 home, 1.4 away.
If my maths is right then taken like this, City's average is 1.76; Cheltenham's is 1.75.
Obviously this doesn't take...
Totally agree with this, if we don't make the play offs it's largely because we've been let down repeatedly by a select few of our players. Even a point at Macclesfield could have made the difference.
Get in. Radio Devon were busy ******* over Torquay and just started shouting about a goal being scored instead of actually doing their job and commentating on the match they're watching.
I wish they would stop with the bloody Torquay updates on Radio Devon. Nobody who gives a **** about Torquay will be listening to Exeter v Colchester. Why don't they start cutting to Argyle updates as well? A recent development that needs to stop.
Spoke to Macclesfield reception on the phone just now, they said that they contacted the EFL at 8.45am this morning and it was the EFL's decision to hold the inspection at 1.30pm. Only one party to blame here.
Also for anyone else travelling by train: I rang Trainline and got a full refund (no...
Agreed, as common sense would dictate. Easy to see how Tis and Perryman pulled the wool over people's eyes based on the faith people have in the EFL of all organisations to not put their own interests first. Then again, revenue derived from the great Wembley con ought to be put to use somehow!
If you thought the officials had a good game then you must have very low standards. Plenty of times the ball went out with the last touch from a County player and they gave them the throw-in. Clear foul throw from whoever took the throw-in that led to Stockley hitting the bar. Woodman's 'foul'...
Agreed, adding to this we used to have a respectable reputation for playing football 'the right way', however in recent years and this year more than ever, we have become a route one side, with our only gameplan seemingly being to get the ball to one of our centre-backs and hit it long to Stockley.
Don't disagree with the rest of what you said but look at Mourinho and Ferguson and many others - the level of football one played as a player seems to be irrelevant to managerial ability.
