The Wolverine which was the least worst option on the hostel satellite TV here in Chiang Rai. I'd forgotten how awful it was and so gave up and went to bed before the grand finale. Southend's last minute winner compounded my lack of enjoyment. Thank god for air conditioning.

    Trust Board and Trust elections

Details of contacts of employment are usually a private matter between an employer and employee. That doesn't mean the BOS should be privy to the details. Cue more angst about the managers contract.

    Trust Board and Trust elections

As one of the proposers and seconders of motions to last year's agm I recommend clarity and thought to the precise wording. We had problems last year although the motions have been implemented. The report from the club chairman, I guess Julian Tagg will have to present on the club and finances...

Maria Full of Grace. A Colombian film about a young girl who becomes a drug mule. With Spanish subtitles I understood about 5% of the dialogue and 15% of the subtitles and still really enjoyed it. Like to see it again with English subtitles though.

    Trust Board and Trust elections

Dave. I remain highly sceptical that despite voluminous numbers of posts from a wide range of exewebbers on what needs to be done this will not be translated into potential candidates for the BOS. I hope I'm wrong but often the collective thought is that somebody else will do it, not me.

    Tisdale's Contract

None of you know the details of any discussions between the board and the manager about his contract terms or if any have taken place. You just assume it can't have happened because either the board is inept or there has been no public announcement about it. Any discussions will be between the...

Should Roger Conway have got a Yellow Card and finished his tenure in October?

Who cares? It says something that there is 24 pages of debate about someone who would have had to step down from the trust under the 6 year rule and only 9 posts about the next trust election which is way more important than a he said she said argument about past events.

I've had a trust email with agm details and pointing to the candidate pack. I wait for the flood of highly qualified candidates.

I had the misfortune to watch The Day After Tomorrow yesterday. Even Portuguese subtitles couldn't improve possibly the worst film I've seen in years. I lasted an hour before deciding that sleeping was a better use of my time. It didn't even have the unintended comedy of Independence Day.
