The Wolverine which was the least worst option on the hostel satellite TV here in Chiang Rai. I'd forgotten how awful it was and so gave up and went to bed before the grand finale. Southend's last minute winner compounded my lack of enjoyment. Thank god for air conditioning.

Maria Full of Grace. A Colombian film about a young girl who becomes a drug mule. With Spanish subtitles I understood about 5% of the dialogue and 15% of the subtitles and still really enjoyed it. Like to see it again with English subtitles though.

Who cares? It says something that there is 24 pages of debate about someone who would have had to step down from the trust under the 6 year rule and only 9 posts about the next trust election which is way more important than a he said she said argument about past events.
I had the misfortune to watch The Day After Tomorrow yesterday. Even Portuguese subtitles couldn't improve possibly the worst film I've seen in years. I lasted an hour before deciding that sleeping was a better use of my time. It didn't even have the unintended comedy of Independence Day.
