Teams know what to expect from us we very predictable playing our formation. Midfield needs to change and Tisdale also needs a bench that can change things whats the point of two Central defenders. Keohane or Mcnish could have been on there. We are a very boring side.

I think he has lost the players because if you play players in the side who week in week out who are not peforming and you are not getting a chance then you quickly get a devide. Something is wrong in the club somewhere because we are paying good money for coaches who don't seem to be able to...

I think he's lost the plot and needs to take a leaf out of Brian Clough book, Play 4-4-2 keep it simple let the wingers do there job etc etc. When he had bennett and Duffy in midfield he told them to keep it simple get it out to the attackers they did and we won. Next game change everything go...

Wish the team would show some if you loose 3-1 you can't be pleased!! Tis you need to get it together you are becoming a soft ride at the moment and with the players we have its not good enough.

After that game Tis and co had a fans forum and cleared the air. His formations and his choice in one or two players at the moment are baffling and the players need to get there act together.

Its typical Tis always wants to play the tactics when sometimes they are best left alone. The team was negative and if you play two wingers its best to play two forwards who can meet the crosses etc. And is it me but when Noble has been oit of the side do we win more then we loose.

Yes well done Tis and the boys surprised me when I saw the team and so glad to see some width.
