interestingly enough i was wondering about my letter that i need to send, probably go to the PO just to make sure. They do have the instructions on the back of the stamp booklets.

Err, peel stamp off, stick onto envelope in top right corner. You may or may not need to lick back of stamp - touch lightly with finger to see if already sticky.
