Personally, I would be incredibly wary of buying anything like that. These days you can basically print/copy anything you like.

Same with autographs. Wouldn't go anywhere near them

It's a bit of sharp practice on the part of the seller, and I'm not surprised to see they have a fair bit of negative feedback.
