What gives you wind?

I am finding that I am farting more often. I believe it may be due to an increase of eating garlic or possibly pasta, but I can't work out which.

Do any exewebbers suffer from wind when eating certain foods?

Peanuts feck me up,however i can eat the hottest Curries available with little or infact no undesirable side effects.

A night on the real ale makes me all but unapproachable the day after.

Beer makes for the most fruity emissions, but if it's volume you want then look no further than Jerusalem artichokes.

Cider of any variety plays havoc with my guts.

I took the advice of a mate and as an experiment I had a tin of Stag chilli con carne with a jacket spud a few months back, the resultant effects on my bowels were truly spectacular, my ability to clear a room with a single trump was a joy to behold.
